Service

Clip Scholar is a workflow tool for authorized creators. It converts creator-provided educational videos into short vertical clips and can upload those clips to TikTok using TikTok's official APIs.

User Responsibilities

• You must own or have permission to use every source video you provide.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated clips before publication when review is enabled.
• You must comply with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, and developer policies.
• You may not use the service to post infringing, misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.

TikTok Authorization

The service uses TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API only after the TikTok user authorizes the requested scopes. The user may revoke access through TikTok account settings.

No Guarantee

The service is provided as-is. Processing, uploading, and publishing may fail due to third-party API limits, network issues, policy restrictions, or source video limitations.
